**Join Our Team as a Residential Property Manager**

**Real Estate 360 Limited** is a trusted leader in property management, committed to delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants. We’re growing—and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated **Residential Property Manager** to help us continue raising the bar in property care and client satisfaction.

As a Residential Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they’re maintained to the highest standards and that operations run seamlessly. This is a dynamic role for a proactive professional who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and building strong relationships.

**What You’ll Do**

**Tenant Management**
- Be the go-to resource for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns—always with professionalism and care.
- Manage move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals with efficiency and attention to detail.

**Property Maintenance**
- Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance to keep properties in top shape.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
- Work closely with contractors and service providers to ensure quality results.

**Financial Management**
- Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
- Collect rent and fees, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Provide clear, accurate financial reports for property owners and management.

**Compliance & Administration**
- Ensure properties meet all local laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Maintain meticulous records of leases, maintenance, and tenant communications.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.

**Resident Relations**
- Build positive relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address disputes and mediate conflicts when needed.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in residential property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Assets**
- Experience with Yardi Property Management Software.
- Familiarity with local property management regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
