**Job Overview**:
As a Fleet Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and readiness of our rental fleet in Toronto. Reporting to the Fleet Coordinator, your primary duties will involve inspections, validation, basic vehicle maintenance, and cleaning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Inspection & Cleaning**:Ensure regular interior and exterior cleaning of the rental fleet using provided cleaning supplies.
- **Basic Maintenance**: Perform tasks like tire changing and other basic maintenance activities.
- **Safety & Quality Checks: I**dentify and promptly report any vehicle damages, dashboard lights, or safety concerns.
- **Customer Support**: Provide assistance to customers, addressing basic questions and concerns.
- **Vehicle Handling**:Manage the pickup and drop-off of vehicles at our service vendors.
- **Effective Communication**:Relay vital information regarding the fleet to the Fleet Management team. Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for this purpose.
- **Work Environment Adaptability**:Comfortably operate in a sheltered, non-heated underground parking lot.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario G2 or G Driver’s License.
- Clean criminal record.
- Authorized to work in Canada.
- Physical ability to move in and out of vehicles; lifting capability up to 20kg/50 lb.
- Proficient verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
