**Job Description**:
SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES recruite a Requirement manager:
Main tasks:

- In the case of new approval requirements, you coordinate the review by the technical departments, bring about clarifications with the country managers of the approval department and prepare a summary presentation for the project management.
- You support the selection and introduction of a new requirements management tool and bring the perspective of the engineering staff into the creation process.
- In requirements management, you coordinate the commenting and rectification of requirements.
- In order to be able to approve new vehicle functions, you will be involved in describing the scope of functions in the form of a change dossier.
- You classify technical changes with regard to their relevance for approval.

**Qualifications**:

- The basis of your success is a completed bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- You have initial professional experience in the field of rolling stock technology in the area of approval or safety.
- You have a basic understanding of technical interrelationships and enjoy supporting creative processes in a structuring manner and have already been able to demonstrate your high quality standards.
- Thanks to your excellent teamwork and communication skills, you have already been able to communicate confidently in complex matrix structures and work successfully with others.
- You communicate confidently in English.
