We have an outstanding opportunity for someone to join our Finance team as** Finance Manager, FP&A **during our hyper-growth stage In this new role, you will work closely with our Director of Finance to lead and develop financial models and report and plan for new/existing markets. **What You Will Do**:

- Work closely with International Sales Directors in relation to value chain inputs and customer pricing models, including value chain and gross margin analysis
- Budgeting, forecast preparation, reporting, and timeline management
- Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin
- Financial analysis, project modeling and scenario planning
- Develop and analyze financial models to support critical initiatives
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
- Oversight and development/improvement of financial reporting for the business, investments, new and existing products
- Assist with the day-to-day accounting functions and preparation of monthly financial reporting, analysis of financial information to assist management in decision-making, and collaborate closely on accounting and administrative issues as the need arises
- Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of International Markets with supporting commentary

**Who You Are**:

- Qualified Accountant ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA with PQE
- Experience within FMCG, Retail, and/or Manufacturing
- Previous experience working in a multinational fast-paced environment
