**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of the respite program to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and coverage to meet client needs.
- Provide frontline supervision and mentorship, including **two days per week on-site**.
- Support staff performance, engagement, and adherence to expectations.
- Respond to serious incidents or occurrences, reporting to the Director immediately.
- Coordinate client intakes, discharges, and transitions with Service Coordination.
- Ensure medication logs, client documentation, and inventory systems are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct regular home audits, environmental checks, and inventory spot checks.
- Act as a key point of communication between staff, families, funders, and community partners.
- Collaborate with the leadership team (Director, BCBA, Program Facilitator) in weekly meetings.
- Be available for **on-call rotation 1-2 weekends/month** (with a day off in lieu the following week).

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of **2 years of leadership or supervisory experience** in respite, group care, or similar settings.
- Strong knowledge of client care, behavior management, and program coordination.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with digital tools (Slack, BrightHR, Google Suite, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call weekends.
