**At-Home PSW**

**Overview**

A young woman living in Whitby is looking for a passionate and caring **personal support worker** to join her amazing support team. You will use your skills to ensure that this vibrant woman who loves her family receives the highest quality home care and support. She is looking for someone who can deliver support with compassion, excellence, and reliability, in the comfort and safety of her family’s home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain continuity among family and support team by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs and support.
- Maintain family privacy and keeping information confidential.
- Day-to-day duties include: assisting with personal hygiene, spoon-feeding, G-tube feeding, medication administration, bathing, and light cleaning.

**Work Hours**
- Wednesday OR Friday: 2 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Thursdays 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Every second Saturday 2 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- CPR & First Aid
- Active applicable licensure
- Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check - Current
- Insurance coverage
- G-Tube feeding
- 1 person transfer
- Provide complete personal care

**Rate of Pay**: $26 per hour

**This is an independent self-employed position with a family.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
