**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships.
- Utilize property management software for data entry, lease tracking, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and improvements.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Prepare reports on property performance metrics for upper management review.
- Oversee employees and contractors.

**Skills**
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on relationship management.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with tenants and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization.
- Knowledge of sales techniques applicable to leasing properties is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
