**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced **Territory Manager** to oversee operations across multiple Fresh Burrito locations. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring sustained business growth across your assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and support daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to store managers to achieve business goals.
- Analyze store performance metrics and develop action plans to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of management teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
- Implement marketing initiatives and local promotions to boost sales.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience as a Territory Manager, Area Manager, or similar role in the foodservice or retail industry.
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations successfully.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial acumen, with experience in P&L management and cost control.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
