- ** Lead, motivate, and inspire the parts team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service**
- ** Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement**
- ** Collaborate with other departments to foster a cohesive and customer-centric dealership environment**
