We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join the team at one of our corporate stores in Kelowna, at the Mission Park location as a Keyholder.

We are looking for a **keyholder to work (20 - 30 hours per week)**, with weekend availability.

The hours at our Mission Park location are 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sundays.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Refunds and voids
- Overseeing staff to ensure daily, weekly, monthly tasks are being completed in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Monitor the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors and respond to customer needs in a timely fashion
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with company policy and procedures
- Manage backroom stock and ensure adequate inventory levels on the sales floor

**Knowledge requirements, skills and/or abilities**:

- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to lift boxes from 20 to 45 lbs and comfortable with use of ladders on sales floor and stock room
- Ability to delegate daily task lists for staff and ensure completion of duties and responsibilities
- A willingness to grow your leadership skills
