**Summary of Position**
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and customer-focused professional to join our passionate sales and marketing team. As a **Customer Support Associate**, you’ll play a key role in supporting the success of both our strategic and independent account customers.
Reporting to the Senior Director of National Accounts, you’ll focus on two key responsibilities:
- **Sales Support**: Working with our strategic account team to ensure seamless operations and superior customer service.
- **Inside Sales Management**: Managing the sales cycle for independent and regional accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving satisfaction.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Customer Support & Administration**:
Provide administrative support to the strategic account team, including:
- Managing order processing and tracking.
- Assisting with equipment forecasting and maintaining demand-planning tools.
- Preparing budgets and other support materials, including marketing brochures, training manuals, and handouts.
- Compiling and organizing presentations as needed.
- Drafting price quotes and proposals.
- Conducting weekly account receivables reviews.
- Planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and customer training.
- Generating reports, such as sales and backlog reports.
- Managing demo and sales order processing and returns.
**Inside Sales Support**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the inside sales channel, managing the entire sales cycle from inquiry to post-delivery follow-up.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of SureShot’s product offerings.
- Provide tailored product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to support decision-making.
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales support, administration, or inside sales.
- Strong customer-focus with a proven ability to deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability.
- Team player with a willingness to pitch in and support others.
- Positive, motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an instinctive sense of urgency

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
