As a Service Advisor and front-line representative, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining vehicle diagnoses, and recommending necessary services to ensure the longevity of their vehicles, based on feedback from technicians. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Determine unit problems and services by listening to customers' descriptions of symptoms and clarifying descriptions of problems
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour
- Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required
- Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of unit; obtaining customer's approval of estimates and answering questions and concerns
- Maintain unit records by recording problems and corrective actions planned
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications
- Enhance the store's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

**Requirements**:

- **Previous customer service experience in a busy fast paced environment**:

- **Previous experience in an Automotive or Powersports Service Advisor role is considered an asset**:

- **Strong interpersonal skills: a good listener who can cultivate relationships**:

- **Excellent communication skills**:

- **Ability to work in a team-driven environment**:

- **Good organization and learning skills**:

- **Valid driver’s license with acceptable driver's abstract**

**Wage Range**:Hourly Wage** **+ Performance Bonus**

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
