As a **Junior/Intermediate Systems Administrator**at Shane Homes, you have a natural curiosity for how things work - always looking to understand and asking questions. **We would love it if you had these too**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Systems Administration or equivalent
- Proficiency in Windows-based server and workstation environments
- Familiarity with network security and patching (e.g., iDashboards, PowerQuery)
- Experience with Crystal Reports, SQL Server, and database query design
- Big bonus if you have experience in dashboard creation tool, and in PowerAutomate/PowerApps

**Here's What Your Day-To-Day Could Look Like**:
**General IT Systems Support**
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for software, hardware, and end-user needs
- Configure and maintain system security, software, and hardware across departments
- Support technical training for staff on new software and systems
- Respond to day-to-day IT tickets and after-hours escalations
- Ensure smooth operations of network services and external vendor systems

**Network & Internal Systems**
- Maintain spam filters, network defense, and companywide server updates (Windows Server WSUS)
- Assist with hardware/software troubleshooting and lifecycle management
- Support VoIP and mobile device configuration and deployment
- Coordinate standardized system rollouts across departments

**Reporting, Dashboards & Data**
- Develop and maintain Crystal Reports for internal reporting needs
- Assist with database design, SQL scripting, and query optimization
- Create custom dashboards and visualizations using SQL Server or equivalent technologies
- Collaborate with business units to define reporting requirements and automate report delivery

**Cybersecurity**
- Adhere to Shane Homes’ cybersecurity protocols
- Promote best practices in digital security and compliance
- Report and investigate any security incidents or anomalies
