FF, a vibrant and community-focused cafe, is seeking a passionate and skilled Part-Time Barista with a flair for both coffee creation and culinary arts. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional beverage and food experiences, enjoys interacting with customers, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

*Responsibilities:*
- Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, adhering to FF's recipes and quality standards.
- Utilize cooking/baking skills to assist in the preparation of cafe menu items, ensuring all food served meets our high standards of taste and presentation.
- Offer outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including coffee blends, tea varieties, and food offerings, to provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of espresso machines and other cafe equipment.
- Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary, and communicate needs to the management team.
- Keep the cafe environment clean and inviting, including both the service and seating areas.
- Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system.
- Engage in ongoing learning and training to enhance service quality and product knowledge.

*Skills and Qualifications:*
- Cooking/baking experience is also required, with the ability to assist in food preparation and presentation.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on engaging positively and warmly with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork abilities, with a willingness to support and collaborate with colleagues.
- Availability to work part-time hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
