As a **Production Team Lead**, you will be coordinating the day-to-day activities of the production team (5-10 team members), ensuring that tasks are completed on time. In addition you will be providing training to new and existing members to ensure quality standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated tasks
- Enforce all safety and quality processing procedures
- Manufacture and test products as necessary
- Continuously seek ways to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
- Inspect and test finished assemblies for quality and accuracy, and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Lead Hand or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the LED industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire the team
- The ability to read and understand assembly instructions and wiring diagrams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- A desire to learn new skills and flexibility to grow in the position
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 40lbs

Work Location: In person at our warehouse in Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 0R9

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
