**What will you be doing?**
- Assisting the General Manager with the daily operation
- Providing outstanding guest satisfaction and service
- Providing Leadership, problem solving, and decision making in all areas of the FOH
- Ensuring guest focus is your first priority
- Meeting and maintaining accountability and profitability of specific areas as determined by operating standards
- Providing ongoing training, motivating and monitoring of staff
- Excellent use of your time management skills and attention to detail

**What We're Looking For?**
- At least three years of previous management experience in a hospitality industry
- People person who can maintain a positive composure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who can work cohesively with all team members
- Smart Serve Certification, Standard First Aid/CPRC/AED certification, Food Safety Certification
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and willing to learn new job specific software
