**Summary**

This position is responsible for maintaining a proper balance between the profitability of the company, supporting the collision and restorative repair shop and the achievement of total customer satisfaction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Writing complete and accurate estimates alongside certified luxury repair technicians as vehicles are fully disassembled to identify all damages.
- Ensure estimates are written accurately and reflect OEM procedures.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Qualifies each customer and uses proper process techniques.
- Writes estimates of damages.
- Ensures estimates are written to accurately and to company standards.
- Reviews and explains estimates with customers to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Obtains repair authorization as needed.
- Performs final check of vehicle before customer delivery.
- Reviews estimates of completed vehicles with customers.
- Negotiates repair costs with Insurance Appraisers.
- Manages supplements and re-inspections throughout repair process.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area and observes all health & safety procedures.
- Monitors repairs throughout repair process to ensure customers’ needs are met.
- Communicates and documents repairs status to customers and insurance companies.
- Communicates ad orders with appropriate employees.
- Finalizes paperwork at completion of repairs prior to notifying customers.
- Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
- Maintains customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment.
- Sets-up and organizes individual work area with designated supplies, forms and resource materials while maintaining cleanliness at all times.
- Responsible for determining the priority of tasks within the scope of the position.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Must be knowledgeable of Audi, BMW, and Porsche brands.
- Must have experience using Mitchell, Ultramate, Eclaims and Audatex.
- Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be able to communicate in verbal and written English.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent data
- Detailed oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking
