About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Event Producer to design and deliver exciting weekly and monthly events at our venue. If you’re passionate about nightlife, music, culture, and community gatherings — this is your chance to turn ideas into reality and get rewarded directly for results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and innovate new event concepts (live music nights, themed parties, tournaments, cultural events, etc.).
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of event production.
- Collaborate with DJs, performers, vendors, and sponsors.
- Promote events and drive attendance (with support from our marketing team).
- Earn commission from ticket sales, cover charges, or bar revenue generated by your events.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong creativity and passion for event production.
- Experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment is an asset.
- Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Available evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
