**Tasks**:
**Position Objective**:
The role of the Retail Marketing Manager is to support all tier 2 and tier 3 marketing activities to ensure alignment and consistency of Porsche Centre marketing with overall national and global priorities.

The position’s purpose is to improve Porsche Centre marketing effectiveness and efficiency. This will be accomplished by managing the retail marketing plan and performances, by developing marketing tools and platforms (Porsche Dealer Marketing Service (PDMS), Websites, Social Media Solutions, CRM etc.), and by monitoring local activities ensuring an optimized relationship between Porsche AG (PAG), Porsche Canada (PCL), Porsche Centres, its customers and prospects.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- **Retail Marketing Strategy & Planning**
- Define, implement and monitor Porsche’s retail marketing strategy and ensure alignment with national programs
- Work with internal departments on annual business plan KPIs for each retailer with clear marketing requirements that align with overall marketing goals
- Ensure marketing consistency at the local level by working with the Porsche Centres on areas such as: marketing planning, CI compliance, advertising, events, driving programs, direct marketing, sales round/new product launches as well as customer retention marketing activities
- Coordinate retail marketing activities with Brand activities to ensure a cohesive and consistent marketing message
- Monitor, review and consult Porsche Centres on website, social media and other marketing digital platforms
- Optimize communication and collaboration with the Porsche Centres through regular newsletters, meetings and conferences.
- **Local experiential activations and events**
- Work with PDMS vendor and Porsche Centres to collaborate on local activations by evaluating regional potential and defining strategy for adapted programs
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive lower funnel marketing programs, ensuring optimum participation from PCL retailer network
- **Dealer Marketing Service and Tools**
- Collaborate with Digital Retail Sales team to ensure alignment and support on various Porsche owned platforms
- Implement and Develop the PDMS (Porsche Dealer Marketing Service) platform by providing turnkey Marketing solutions
- Analyze and share knowledge and best practices from the Porsche Centres to improve the quality of national marketing programs and strategies
- Assist Porsche Centres to optimize their web presence, SEM / SEO, social media messaging and digital direct marketing activities via new tools
- Support Porsche Centres with CRM communication tools for various customer journey touch points throughout the buying and aftersales process
- **Porsche Centre showroom communications**
- Support the coordination of POS, sales literature and all other PROS (Porsche Retail Online Shop) ordering with PAG for any Canadian required materials.
- Manage the development of any locally required POS materials for showroom or in support of any PCL programs.
- Manage ongoing content requirements for the in showroom digital signage platform

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
4 year degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising.

**Experience (Job and Industry)**:

- Minimum 5 years sales and marketing overall experience (automotive or similar, dealer-based experience an advantage)
- Experience with online display & banner advertising; SEM & SEO; Website content management (knowledge of Sitecore is a plus); Website Analytics and Conversion Metrics; Social Media publishing and reporting
