We’re launching an exciting, limited-time pop-up retail experience this holiday season, bringing one of the world’s most beloved entertainment brands to fans in Toronto. We’re seeking an experienced **Retail Manager** to oversee daily store operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. This role will oversee all aspects of operations, team leadership, and customer engagement, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every visitor.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including staffing, scheduling, merchandising, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Oversee POS systems and ensure accuracy of sales reporting
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and manage back-of-house organization
- Ensure merchandising, displays, and signage reflect the brand’s playful and collectible spirit
- Recruit, train, and motivate seasonal staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated guest issues professionally
- Monitor KPIs and daily sales, adjust strategies to maximize revenue, and report performance to leadership.
- Ensure displays, signage, and overall presentation meet brand standards and remain fresh and inviting throughout the activation period.
- Enforce company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in mall or specialty retail.
- Strong understanding of merchandising and inventory management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sales acumen and comfort working with KPIs and financial reporting.
- Tech-savvy with POS systems and reporting tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for gaming, entertainment, or collectibles is a plus

**Contract Details**
- Seasonal role: October
2025 - January 2026
- Competitive seasonal salary plus performance incentives
- Full-time with availability for evenings, weekends, and extended holiday hours.
