**The Opportunity**:
The Cost Control Partners are responsible for managing the Invoice In-Box and reviewing the Invoices against the PO's to determine if they are good for AP Processing and if not indicate what actions must be taken to remedy the issue. This is a collaborative role supporting both Accounts Payable and Purchasing as well as the other Cost Control Partners.

**What you’ll be responsible for day to day**:

- Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to: receiving trade invoices in pdf and saving in required format using adobe pro, reviewing the Invoices against the Purchase Order details, assessing whether the invoice meets the criteria to be passed on for processing or if an action needs to be taken to remedy the issue. Reviewing your own work to ensure invoices continue to flow to accounts payable for processing without issue.
- Upholding the Service Standard set for the group
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

**Who we’re looking for**:
**Qualifications**
- Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills and Outlook)
- Prior experience in accounting, accounts payable or purchasing
- Organized and strong administrative skills and can follow a structure d process
- Excellent verbal communication skills (no attitude)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Desire to learn and willingness to ask questions
- Strong initiative and experience working in teams
