Human Resources Coordinator

Bunch is currently seeking to fill a full-time Human Resources Lead position for work in either our Clearwater (15min East of Rocky Mountain House) or Calgary Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with full cycle recruitment from posting jobs to onboarding
- Develop and refine HR-related documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure adherence to HR policies and employment laws
- Handle HR matters with sound judgment, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset while maintaining the highest level of professionalism
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure compliance requirements are met if any payroll discrepancies arise
- Administer and manage the Company Health/Dental Benefits program
- Assist supervision/management with employee performance management
- Provide guidance to supervision/management on HR related issues

**Required Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Employment Standards/Compliance
- Knowledge of Payroll Standards/Compliance
- Experience in developing HR related Policies and Procedures
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting methods and strategies

**General Skills/Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR lead role
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Good grasp of English language (written and spoken)
- Must be a team player and be able to adapt to a multi-faceted and fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources will be required an asset

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
