**Qualifications**:
- Undergraduate degree in Education (or in progress)
- Administrator Certification, preferably level I and II
- Manitoba Teaching Certificate in good standing or necessary credentials to obtain certification
- Minimum of five years of teaching experience, preferable at the early/elementary level
- Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
