**Warehouse Associate**

Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with half an hour for lunch (unpaid).

**Who we are**:Since opening our doors in Burnaby in 1991, Allied Plumbing and Heating Ltd. (Allied) has grown to be one of BC’s largest mechanical & plumbing contractors. Our work includes mechanical room maintenance contracts as well as installation and repair of commercial and multi-family residential buildings. We specialize in plumbing, heating, gas, and preventative maintenance for mechanical systems.

**Position**:
We are looking for highly motivated JWarehouse Associate to join our team.

**Work the Occupant of Position must do**
- Keep warehouse / shop organized and clean.
- Maintain the materials and supplies inventory.
- Track and maintain tools.
- Organize filters
- Stage and organize parts for each approved work order.
- Pick up material, supplies and parts from suppliers and deliver them to customer job sites.
- Pick up unused material, supplies and parts from customers and return them to suppliers.
- Monitor vehicles to ensure they are being maintained and operated as required
- and used according to company policy. Report exceptions to the technician’s Division Manger and to the President.
- Withstand hours of work while standing, crouching or taking other rigorous positions
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Shop clean and organized.
- Warehouse / shop operating smoothly, effectively and efficiently.
- Accountable to provide clean, effective and efficient warehouse / shop operations.
- Accountable to represent Allied with customers onsite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
