We have an opening for a **Commercial Insurance Advisor** to join our team at our Branch in* Sudbury, Ontario*.**
**What you will be doing**:

- Sales and Service of Existing & New Commercial Clients.
- Helping identify coverage gaps in renewals, re-marketing and new business.
- Providing customers with prompt service, advice and coverage recommendations. Helping customers understand insurance and discussing customer concerns.
- Receiving and reviewing incoming commercial paperwork.
- Assisting with quoting submissions to various markets, reviewing existing coverage and updating customer file information in Broker Management System (EPIC).
- Preparing documentation for Insurers, Binders, Certificates, Letters, Claims Reports.
- Assisting in Accounts Receivable Management / Payment Follow-up.
- Communicating with Insurance Companies, negotiating with underwriters on Customer’s behalf, negotiating renewal terms, following up with adjusters on claims status.
- Accountable for decisions made on all aspects of prospecting, selling and servicing clients as per performance standards.
- Maintaining good quality in the book of business by adhering to the underwriting rules and good business practices. Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Arranging payment terms and ensure timely collection of payments for all outstanding amounts

**What you bring to the table**:

- High School and/or Post-Secondary Education.
- 1-5+ years Commercial Insurance experience preferred
- RIBO License Required
- Strong customer focus; Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
