Under the supervision of the Vice President, you coordinate the pre-construction department and its teams. You work closely with the Vice Presidents of Operations, Business Development, and Project Directors. As the Director of Pre-Construction, you play a key role in pre-construction services, estimation, design-build, business development, client and partner relations, and strategic planning for the company. You oversee the department's operations and members throughout the bidding process and advise the Vice President on the selection of potential projects.

**What You Will Do**
- Review bid selections in collaboration with the Vice Presidents.
- Distribute work among pre-construction managers.
- Coordinate the responsibilities of each pre-construction manager for each project.
- Manage the development of all bids and cost studies.
- Supervise the work of pre-construction members and support staff.
- Ensure the department's capacity to respond to multiple bids simultaneously.
- Participate in the analysis of RFPs and the preparation of bids.
- Lead the preparation of proposals for new opportunities and client presentations.
- Ensure communication and deadline adherence among stakeholders involved in each bid.
- Participate in the identification and evaluation of project risks and opportunities.
- Plan and lead estimation and pre-construction strategy meetings.
- Coordinate with operations to integrate operations staff throughout pre-construction.

**This role could be for you if you have**
- Degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in estimating industrial projects.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in team and department management.

- You are perfectly bilingual in both official languages (French and English).
