**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Assist the store manager in the day-to-day management of the store.
- Provide internal training.
- Build customer loyalty.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist in merchandising products.
- Support internal training.
- Be a key player in the team.
- Work closely with the store manager and assistant manager.

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Has a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or employee management.
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Demonstrates leadership.
- Communicates effectively.
- Shows autonomy and initiative.
- Maintains a positive attitude at all times.
- Uses good judgment and is solution-oriented.
- Has strong organizational and planning skills.
- High school diploma is an asset.

**To Succeed in This Role, You Will**:

- Participate in supervising, motivating, and managing employees.
- Maintain customer service standards and offer an exceptional shopping experience.
- Positively influence employees to achieve their goals.
- Meet sales targets (Sales Goals, SPH, DPT).
- Review sales reports.
- Develop lasting relationships with employees and customers.
- Participate in onboarding new employees.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with customers.
- Participate in managing store operations.
- Handle store openings and closings as needed.
- Promote and ensure visual merchandising of products.
- Manage inventory according to established processes.
- Perform any other related tasks.
