**Position - **Manager, Content and Copywriting

**Responsibilities**
- Fulfill the writing needs of the company, executives and clients.
- Hire, train and manage team mates on content writing.
- Align writing to the ongoing voice of the brand.
- Create compelling content for digital content on social media.
- Stay abreast with new rules and regulations and train the team on the same.
- Stay compliant and make sure that rules are being followed by the writing team.
- Analyze audience and performance gaps to evolve the ongoing practices.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Communications/Writing or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of total creative, content and copywriting experience
- Knowledge across various disciplines including digital media.
- Influential communications skills.
- Experience writing for B2B and B2C audiences.
