**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct recruiting and interviewing processes to build a strong team.
- Oversee payroll processing and budgeting activities to maintain financial health.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and drive sales.
- Maintain organized records of sales, inventory, and administrative tasks.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective customer engagement.
- Proficiency in merchandising, purchasing, and sales management practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
- Strong math skills for accurate pricing and financial reporting.
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact professionally with customers and team members.
