**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the installation of solar racking systems and PV modules on residential and commercial rooftops, ensuring adherence to guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
- Ensure precise and accurate placement of racking structures and solar panels.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline installation processes.
- Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee proper installation and alignment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights.
- Material Handling Equipment and Safety Protocols
- Perform Fall-arrest procedures to ensure personal safety at elevated worksites.
- Conduct hazard assessments regularly and implement necessary precautions.
- Operate material handling equipment, including but not limited to aerial lifts, VR, Tele-handler, and forklifts, adhering to safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in solar panel installation, with a focus on supervision.
- Proven ability to organize planned activities and ensure project goals are achieved.
- Experience and credentials for operation of Material handling equipment described above.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in solar panel installation.
- Effective communication skills with project management, providing status updates regularly.
- Experience in residential or commercial roofing installations is highly desirable.
- Physical stamina for working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
- Individuals with experience in roofing, carpentry, or related trades are encouraged to apply.
