Lead Development Associate

Arrow Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Development representative for our Halifax Office Arrow Electronics is a Fortune 109 company, globally headquartered in Denver, CO, with 22,000 employees worldwide. Arrow brings technology solutions to various markets, including telecommunications, information systems, transportation, medical, industrial, and consumer electronics. We serve as a supply channel partner for over 100,000 original equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and commercial customers through a global network. Your job is to locate and secure the right products or services for each customer's needs. You will engage daily with Arrow's Field Sales team, supplier partners, engineers, and other internal Arrow resources.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Lead Development Representative plays a critical role in developing, identifying, and qualifying leads to help drive the growth of immix Group's clients' public sector business.
- Understand the customer's needs, now and going forward.
- This sales professional will support a portfolio of 45-60 of our valued customers.
- Participate in lead generation call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for immix Group's clients.
- Set up meetings between the client and the government customer. Establish ongoing business relationships with both government customers and technology clients.
- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and Outlook.
- Proven track record of solid work ethic, exceptional customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Superior organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and interact at multiple levels of an organization.
- Ability to maintain composure while working in a fast-paced, sometimes demanding environment.
- Bilingualism an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:
$18.95 - $23.16
