This position is for our residential installation division:

- **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Analyze projects on a daily basis, taking into account costs and deadlines.
- Prepare, award and manage tenders and subcontracts - Assist in controlling change requests, their processing and impacts
- Participate in site meetings with clients and subcontractors
- Participate in direct negotiations with subcontractors and customers.
- Report on project progress, analyze risks and propose solutions
- Assist with work related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
- Take action to order materials and supplies
- Ensure tools and other equipment are in good working order and arrange for their maintenance and repair.
- Ensures quantity and quality of materials received and inventory of materials and tools on job sites.
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of the tinsmiths, refrigeration technicians and the rest of our installation teams.
- Establish work methods to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
- Approve time sheets in the payroll system
- Provide ongoing training to tinsmiths and refrigeration technicians on their duties, safety standards and company policies.
- Ensure that the work is performed according to the rules of the trade, the plans and the established specifications.
- Report any problems related to the installation and customer satisfaction to the appropriate people.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain and ensure quality control and minimize project deficiencies;
- Manage and track the contract change order process, including pricing, value submission and work execution ;
- Manage project facilities within budget and maintain an up-to-date cost report.
- **Required Profile**:_

Minimum of five (3) years experience as a Project Manager

Valid driver's license

Meticulous, diplomatic, customer service oriented, and experienced in coordinating work teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
