At DWC Patient Transfer Services, we provide reliable, compassionate, and timely non-emergency medical transportation services to individuals in need via SUV, wheelchair and stretcher. We're dedicated to serving our community with care, safety, and professionalism — and we’re looking for a highly organized and motivated dispatcher to help keep our operations running smoothly.

As a non-emergency medical dispatcher, you’ll be the central point of communication between patients, drivers, healthcare facilities, and internal staff. You’ll schedule and coordinate transportation services, monitor trip progress, and ensure timely and safe delivery of services.

**Shifts Required (12-hour Shifts)**:

- Monday & Friday - 6:00am to 6:00pm
- Tuesday (Bi-Weekly) - 6:00pm to 6:00am. This position is a night shift with the ability to work from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch drivers efficiently based on trip schedules and routes
- Monitor vehicle locations using GPS tracking systems
- Communicate with drivers, patients, and care facilities via phone/text/app
- Respond to last-minute trip changes or emergencies with flexibility
- Ensure all trips are completed on time and according to client requirements
- Maintain accurate trip logs, notes, and reports in dispatch software
- Collaborate with customer service and billing departments as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
- Ability to use computers, tablets, and dispatching software

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
