**What Your Day Looks Like**

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of SunLouvre Pergolas, helping clients design their dream outdoor spaces. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Welcoming clients to our **showroom** (in-person or virtually) and guiding them through our products;
- Understanding their needs and **helping them create custom outdoor solutions**;
- Responding to client inquiries and **following up** to ensure a smooth sales process;
- Preparing and submitting **budgetary estimates and official quotes**;
- **Prospecting and developing new business opportunities** in both residential and commercial markets;
- Actively take part in various PR events related to our activities (real estate, luxury goods, design) and in Torontonian charities.
- Building strong relationships with key industry contacts and referral partners;
- Conducting **site visits** to gather project details (plans, photos, measurements);
- Collaborating closely with the **internal design team** for special project validations;
- Overseeing the **project’s progress** from start to finish;
- Sharing ideas and contributing to **continuous improvement initiatives**.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Excellent communicator** with strong interpersonal skills;
- Skilled **negotiator** who can turn a “maybe” into a “yes”;
- **Team player** who is energetic and open to collaboration;
- **Fluent in English** (written and spoken);
- **At least 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience**, with high-end products;
- You are independent**, Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized**;
- Knowledge of **construction or landscaping**:

- Proficient in **Office Suite and CRM,**(an asset).
