Modern Campus is seeking an Account Receivable Collection Specialist to join the company for a 3-6 month contract. The AR Collection Specialist will be tasked with supporting the Manager, Revenue in contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments.

**How you'll make an impact**:

- Review past-due invoices and contact customer to request payment
- Answer questions from customers related to invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Research and confirm contacts on record are valid
- Prepare and manage AR Aging reports and communicate the status of outstanding balances on a bi-weekly basis
- Be the liaison between Accounting and Account Managers regarding collection disputes
- Post payments when received
- Other duties as may be required

**What you need to succeed**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of proven experience in accounts receivable and collections, ideally at a SaaS company
- Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and accurate
- Strong oral and written communication skills: Interacts clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in Intacct is an asset
- Hourly Rate: $20/hour-$25/hour
