**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance to ensure all areas are in good working condition.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning and maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during cleaning operations.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and customers.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
