**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs and supplies.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated schedules.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
