CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES: - Solides compétences interpersonnelles ; - Capacité à communiquer efficacement à l'oral et à l'écrit en français et en anglais ; - Attitude axée sur le "service à la clientèle" ; - Capacité à faire preuve de sensibilisation à la clientèle ; - Disposition amicale, polie et serviable envers les gens ; - Attitude professionnelles ; - Capacité à travailler en équipe.
