**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Snow Removal**: Shovel and clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, stairs, and entryways to ensure safe access.
- **Safety and Efficiency**: Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and complete tasks in an efficient manner.
- **Communication**: Report any hazards, unsafe conditions, or obstacles to supervisors promptly.
- **On-Call Availability**: Be available for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts based on snowfall and weather conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and being outdoors in cold weather for extended periods.
- **Reliability**: Consistent and punctual attendance, with the ability to respond quickly to snow events.
- **Experience**: Prior snow shoveling experience is an asset but not required.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Driver’s License (optional)**: Having a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is an asset but not required.
