Owasco is seeking a full time Internal Service Advisor to join our Service team.

The Internal Service Advisor plans, organizes, manages and controls the progress of all of our internal pre-deliveries, and service maintenance of our rental fleet and stock units.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create Service RO's
- Dispatch work to Service Technicians
- Co-ordinate sublet repairs
- Close service RO's
- Shop Scheduling
- Communicating with other internal team members

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Self-motivated individual and will drive themselves to deliver results.
- Strong relationship building skills - who takes the time to listen and ask the right questions.
- Organizational skills and able to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Computer skills are necessary with Outlook, Google docs, and Microsoft Office
- Time-management skills and customer follow-up experience being a definite advantage.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing.
- Have quality customer service skills.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
