We are currently seeking a strong Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor has a direct impact to the operational effectiveness of the service department and to positive customer service results.

The Service Advisor’s main job responsibilities are:

- Knowledge of GM Policies and Procedures an asset.
- Provide first class customer service to each and every customer.
- Greeting and welcoming customers to our dealership in the drive thru and the phone each and every time.
- Previous ADP/CDK experience an asset
- Providing repair recommendations, explaining the nature of repairs, advising customers how to look after their vehicles, and updating customers with the status of their repair.
- Schedule appointments.
- An aptitude for customer relations/service
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking expertise
- Solid time management and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to sell required maintenance with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
