Just Quality International Inc. is a young, dynamic, and fast-growing food company based out of Toronto. As a trading company, importer, and distributor, we supply the North American Market with Premium Frozen Fruits and Vegetables, Juice Concentrates, and ingredients sourced from all over the globe. Our clients include the food, beverage, and nutritional industries in Canada and the United States.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Just Quality International is looking for an Export Logistics Clerk to assist our logistics team. **This is an entry level position on a contract term of 6 - 12 months with the possibility of extension.**

Your duties & responsibilities would include:

- Monitoring, tracking, and tracing shipments in transit, follow-up, problem identification and timely resolution
- Maintaining a logistics database
- Updating shipping schedule
- Acting as a point of contact for brokers and carriers
- Troubleshooting any logístical issues that arise
- Auditing invoices using rate sheet

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team Player and has strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter
- Thrives under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Excellent oral and written fluency in English
- Supply chain and logistics education an asset
- Previous logistics experience an asset (Office setting)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
