Creative Service Specialist

**Location**: Applicant must be able to commute to Listowel, ON - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles, typography, and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with digital asset management and content management systems is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), & Google Workspace.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and on-the-spot problem solving.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize responsibilities, consistently meet deadlines and possess strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges.
- Experience with packaging design and e-commerce platforms is an asset

**Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Catalogue Design & Maintenance**: Develop, design, and update the digital catalogue, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience for users.
- **Packaging Design**: Collaborate with product teams to design and maintain product packaging, keeping consistent with brand guidelines.
- **Digital Submissions**: Create and prepare digital assets for online submissions across various platforms and for internal teams.
- **General Administration**: Manage digital asset libraries, track ongoing projects, and ensure timely delivery of creative materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and design, to ensure creative assets align with overall brand strategy and project goals.
- **Creative Problem Solving**: Identify and address design challenges, offering creative solutions to improve the digital user experience.
- Other duties as required.

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
