**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stone setting, and concrete forming.
- Execute electrical tasks such as wiring, installation of fixtures, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Install drywall, ensuring proper fitting and finishing for a seamless appearance.
- Carry out cabinet installation with precision, ensuring alignment and stability.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Utilize welding techniques for metal fabrication or repair as needed.
- Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety regulations for site preparation or material handling.
- Build structures or components according to project plans while adhering to quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Metal Framing, Drywall, Baseboards, Taping
- Proven experience in one or more of the following trades: masonry, electrical work, drywall installation, cabinet installation, concrete forming, welding, or heavy equipment operation.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to construction tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.17-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
