Are you a passionate and experienced **Montessori Directress** dedicated to fostering a child-centered learning environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic educator to join our team and guide young learners using the **Montessori Philosophy**.

**About the Role**:
As a **Montessori Directress**, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that follows **Montessori principles** while meeting **Ontario’s licensing regulations (CCEYA)**. You will guide children through their early developmental years, fostering independence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement **Montessori curriculum** based on children's individual learning needs.
- Prepare and maintain a **beautiful, organized Montessori classroom**.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress using **Montessori materials**.
- Foster independence and respect within the classroom community.
- Maintain compliance with **Ontario’s Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA)**.
- Communicate effectively with **parents and caregivers** through meetings and progress reports.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a **positive and enriching learning environment**.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
Montessori Diploma from a **MACTE-accredited** or **AMI-recognized** training program.
**Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)** (preferred for licensed childcare settings).
Minimum **2-3 years** of experience in a Montessori classroom.
Strong understanding of **CCEYA regulations** and Ontario’s **Early Learning Framework**.
Excellent classroom management and child observation skills.
**First Aid & CPR (Level C)** Certification.
**Vulnerable Sector Check** (required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
