As a Director of Consulting Services at The Coaching Studio, your focus will be on ensuring the best-in-class services to a wide variety of sophisticated clients locally, nationally and globally. You will be actively working to elevate and advance our impact in the global leadership development space. You will manage a team of seasoned facilitators and deliver world-class programming designed to maximize client outcomes, retain and expand happy clients, create promoters and accelerate company growth. This role requires close alignment with team members to drive a company-wide culture of client success and includes the requirement to travel to client locations locally, nationally and internationally.

**The Role**

This position reports directly to the President of The coaching Studio. The responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

- Partner with our clients to deliver world-class leadership development programs and services
- Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of evaluating and proceeding based on the client’s needs
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful engagement of recommended programs.
- Proactively confer with clients and internal team to track progress of implemented programs, identify problems and improvements.
- Conduct individual and team observations to assess the client’s needs.
- Review observations and prepare recommendations for improving existing or new programs or organizational changes.
- Evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of programs.
- Deliver programs addressing problems and needs, such as leadership development, organizational change, communications, or employee engagement.
- Coordinate and support the client work of consultants, including scheduling, resourcing, reviewing and providing feedback for work designs, optimizing delivery, ensuring delivery targets are met.
- Support consultant learning and development
- Identify gaps and create solutions for internal delivery roadblocks in partnership with the Director of Operations.
- _**Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset; role will be responsible for managing client relationships and business development efforts in Latin America.**_

- You have a Masters or equivalent degree; certification(s) in leadership development, coaching, psychometrics assessments, facilitation, communications, or related fields.
- You have more than 10 years of experience in leadership consultancy
- You have more than 10 years of experience designing and implementing organizational performance programs
- You are passionate about leadership development and have a career track record that proves it.
- You are purpose-driven facilitator who knows how to draw the most out of the groups in your charge.
- You have a proven track record for delivering leadership development programs.
- You have experience working with senior and executive leadership teams.
- You are a skilled networker and relationship builder.
- You are experienced in and familiar with consulting to organizations, teams and leaders.
