**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Print Production & Office Admin to join our team. This hybrid role is essential to both client service and production operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and will manage the entire print production workflow: from preparing jobs to finishing and packaging.

You will work closely with our Lead Graphic Designer, supporting the full job lifecycle: from lead intake and design handoff to final product. If you're someone who enjoys a blend of customer service, organization, and hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Admin & Front Desk**
- Process orders and provide clear updates on job timelines and pickup
- Learn and effectively use our project management and pricing software (internal).
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and incoming materials
- Maintain a welcoming and well-organized front-of-house area

**Print Production Operations**
- Operate and maintain digital printers, copiers, bindery and finishing equipment (training provided)
- Organize and manage the print queue and workflow
- Inspect final products for quality and consistency
- Prepare and package jobs for pickup or delivery
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure smooth handoff from design to production

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (previous customer service experience is a plus).
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to our proprietary software.
- Experience with printing equipment is a plus, but not required—training provided
- **Interest in graphic design or creative print press production is a definite asset**:

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
