This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, building custom crates and skids, and supporting production and logistics. **Summary**
- **Shift Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm-12:00am
- **Salary**:$22.72/hr

**Job Duties**
- Working safely according to Agway Health and Safety Procedures;
- Operate nail guns and saws in a responsible manner;
- Operate the cardboard and plastic wrapping machines;
- Build skids and crates;
- Operate the forklift for the purpose of moving material throughout the facility;
- Other duties as assigned.

**IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?**
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with tools such as**:nail guns (mandatory)**, mitre saw, circular saw, measuring tape (Imperial Measures);
- Experience in the construction, renovation or general carpentry work (preferred);
- Experience with driving Counterbalance Forklift and/or Combi-Lift - inhouse training offered;
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg), walk, and stand for extended periods of time;
- Ensure proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, including the use of dual hearing protection in the woodshop;
- Strong workmanship, show great efficiency and attention to quality and productivity;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Maintain a tidy workspace and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
