**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist with training new staff members as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.
