Our Altrom Distribution Centre is seeking a Shift Coordinator to join our team. If you are interested in joining our Supervisory Team, we encourage you to apply As a shift coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting our Supervisory Team with the organization and planning of daily tasks required in specific areas of the Warehouse.

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
**Qualifications**
In this key role, you will:

- Working closely with the Warehouse supervisor
- Oversees all aspects of picking orders, processing through Put to Store, closing routes, packing orders
- Checking for shorts, opening and closing routes
- Monitoring equipment in the shipping area in order to have everything working in a safe manner
- Coordinate the work of a team of employees and reporting any issues with supervisor
- Ensuring the health and safety of workers
- Maintain effective communication with warehouse manager and supervisor in order to serve customers

**Additional Information**
To join our team, you need:

- Strong understanding of Napa Warehousing (including shipping/receiving, picking shelving new mechanize)
- Rigorous organizational skills and control of procedures
- Team player and recognized communication skills
- Knowledge of NAPA computers systems including WM
